Key dates for the Christmas – New Year shutdown, 2024-25

Shutdown dates
Profilium’s outlets in Sydney and Brisbane will be closed from 3pm on Friday the 20th of December 2024 and will re-open on Monday the 6th of January 2025.
Last day for 2024 order dispatch
If you are aiming for pre-Christmas delivery of an order, your order must be submitted and paid in full, no later than 5pm Tuesday 17 December 2024.
All orders received after this time will be processed for dispatch in early January 2025 after we re-open from our shutdown.
Any orders received between 21 December and 5 January will be begin to be processed upon our return on 6 January 2025. Please note we will only have a skeleton crew onboard during the first few weeks of January and so orders may experience a slightly delay in dispatch.
More stock arriving in 2025
We are towards the end of our supply cycle and so you may have noticed that some products are in low stock or temporarily out of stock. Our next sea freight shipment has been placed with the Alusic in Italy and we expect delivery of this container in late January 2025. More stock will become available for purchase in late January or early February depending on when the container clears customs and is delivered and unpacked.
