Open for business with limited resourcing

The NSW Government has strict lockdown conditions in place across the Greater Sydney Metro area and more importantly, the Canterbury-Bankstown LGA (where we are located) continues to be listed as an area of concern. As a result we are continuing to trade, but we are facing severe restrictions on our workforce and resourcing.

As we are an essential business that supports the food, beverage and health sectors, we are permitted to remain open, however the situation is rapidly evolving on a daily basis and we have been significantly impacted by the restrictions on the movement of our staff between local government areas and the requirement for office staff to working from home.

With office based staff continuing to work from home, this impacts our ability to quickly process online orders as we need to coordinate with our factory staff to prepare your order. Longer delays than previously announced may result from these new COVID rules.

This is an ever evolving situation and we ask our customers to remain patient regarding the processing of your orders. As always we aim to process and dispatch orders in the shortest time possible, but we ask for your understanding if delays result.

Enquiries and Order Processing delays

We apologise that due to strict COVID lockdown requirements in Sydney resulting in reduced staff at our premises, that order processing will be delayed.

Enquiries, invoicing, order preparation and dispatch functions will all be affected.

While we will aim to answer all enquiries and to process orders as quickly as possible, please allow additional time for responses and order dispatch.

We apologise for any delays, which as you can appreciate, are outside our control due to the COVID lockdown.

Customer collection/ pick-ups – cancelled

Profilium is temporarily suspending the collection or pick-up of orders by Customers from our Sydney premises.

Our premises are located in the Canterbury-Bankstown LGA which has been identified by NSW Health as a COVID area of concern and we are also bordered by the Liverpool, Fairfield and Sutherland LGA’s which are also areas of concern. As a result, all orders from 7 July onwards will be dispatched by courier only.

Info for Couriers and Freight Companies

Profilium orders are still being dispatched by Courier or Freight Forwarders. If you are a Driver for a courier or freight forwarder you are permitted to collect orders from our premises but you must comply with our NSW Health COVID Action Plan including:

  • Wear a properly fitted face mask at all times
  • Scan the QR code located near the entry and delivery dock of all entrances to our business
  • Use contactless delivery where practical, otherwise, drivers should remain in their vehicles while our staff unload the delivery, where possible. If not possible, drivers should sanitise their hands before unloading the delivery and maintain a minimum of a 1.5m distance from our staff.

Face to face appointments cancelled

Similar to the above, we have cancelled all face to face internal and external appointments with customers until further notice.

Walk-ins are not permitted.
