2018/19 Christmas Shutdown
PROFILIUM’s main office in Sydney will be closed during the following dates:
- Closing Friday 21 December 2018 at 12pm
- Re-opening Monday 14 January 2019 at 8am
There will be no sales or dispatch support available during these times.
Online Order Dispatch
Orders received prior to 8am Wednesday 19 December 2018 will be targeted for dispatch in 2018. Our capacity to dispatch orders will depend on total order volumes and the size of any individual order and whilst we will do our best to dispatch orders prior to the shutdown, there is no guaranteed dispatch date. If you must have the order prior to our shutdown, please contact us on 02 9707 5800 to confirm shipping. Please note that orders must be paid in full prior to order preparation and dispatch. Credit card payments are the fastest way to ensure your order is dispatched on-time, refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale for further information.
Orders received after 8am Wednesday 19 December 2018 will be dispatched upon our re-opening in January 2019.
